Jubilee Jobs of Lexington assists jobseekers with finding, obtaining, and maintaining dignified work. Founded in 2009, Jubilee Jobs is a non-profit job counseling agency at the forefront of connecting Central Kentucky’s employers with dedicated jobseekers.

Our methodology is straightforward: we conduct a thorough yet compassionate assessment of each applicant, understanding their interests and strengths, and then match them with the most fitting job opportunity. Candidates undergo a comprehensive 7-step program, anchored in accountability.

Jubilee Jobs offers individualized job preparation, placement, retention support, and avenues for career growth, aiding those job seekers aiming to overcome poverty and achieve self-sufficiency. Notably, our services come at no cost to both employers and applicants.

Embracing the motto “Work for sustenance, dignity, and hope,” Jubilee Jobs stands as a beacon of hope during challenging times for many in Central Kentucky.

A Singular Purpose

We are driven by a singular purpose: to secure employment for those who have the desire, need, and capability to work. Consider the profound impact of offering an opportunity to someone eager for a fresh start.
